Seniors Lunch Brunch Program
Victorian Order of Nurses, Peel Region, Community Health and Support Services
The Victorian Order of Nurses (VON) is urgently hiring volunteers for their Senior Lunch Brunch Program in Mississauga. Volunteers will assist with serving lunch, setting up and taking down the dining area, and providing companionship to isolated seniors. The commitment is 3 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months, with training provided. Qualifications include good communication skills, a vulnerable sector police check, and the ability to travel to seniors’ building.

MICBA Forum Italia Community Services is seeking Entertainment Volunteers (Music) for their senior residential housing programs. Volunteers will provide musical and entertainment performances to enhance social interactions and enjoyment for residents in Mississauga and Brampton. Minimum age requirement is 14, and a medium-term commitment of 4 to 6 months is expected.
Volunteer Kitchen Helper/Server
Regeneration Outreach Community
Regeneration Outreach Community is urgently seeking Volunteer Kitchen Helpers/Servers for their essential care program in Brampton. Volunteers will assist in cooking, preparing ingredients, and serving meals to guests experiencing homelessness and extreme poverty. Shifts are available for breakfast and lunch, and COVID-19 safety protocols will be followed. Minimum age requirement is 16, and proof of vaccination is required.
