Ornaments of Grace and Virtue (OGVA) is a not-for-profit, community service organization. We are an organization that is passionate about nurturing, mentoring and empowering girls to become, and remain independent, responsible and productive young women in society. Through nurturing and mentoring, a girl can become independent, responsible, and a leader who influences society in a positive way. OGAV was founded and registered with the Canadian government in 2014 as an international organization with the mission to develop independent, responsible, young girls through character building, mentorship, and acquisition of Knowledge, Skills and Ethics needed to thrive in the 21st century global economy.

As we emerge from COVID-19, 'virtual communication' and IT in general will take on increasing roles in how a not-for-profit generates its identity and presence within the community that it serves, and how a successful 'brand' is built and messaged to an increasingly wider audience. OGVA fully recognizes the importance of recruiting the right volunteer to be chairperson of our Marketing & Communications Committee which reports to our Board of Trustees. • Engage your Committee in market research, trends analysis that relate to our Vision and Mission and how best to market the OGAV 'brand' to a wide audience in the communities we are involved in
  • Oversee timely and consistent implementation of procedures/processes to facilitate communication and realization of measurable objectives
  • 'Social Media' > Support and collaborate in research designed to assist development of content for OGAV 'social media' platforms that will 'drive' desired audiences to OGAV, resulting in participation and support
