Volunteer MBC proudly presented its 9th annual V-Oscars, returning to Sagan Banquet Hall for the biggest Volunteer Recognition Award Gala Peel region has ever seen.
Just like high school alumni return for Homecoming each fall, we crowned the exceptional volunteers of Mississauga, Brampton, and Caledon on September 18, 2024.

What is Peel Cares?
Peel Cares is an initiative that runs in December to encourage community volunteerism to lend a helping hand to people in need during the winter. It starts off with International Volunteer Day (Dec. 5) and wraps up on New Years (Jan. 1). We connect Peel residents to holiday volunteer opportunities that make a positive difference and reduce social isolation and loneliness.
