The Annual General Meeting (AGM), in addition to being the business meeting, is an excellent platform to communicate your organization's successes and community impact. Yet planning a successful AGM can be daunting. There are many elements to think about, so much data and information to gather, bylaws to review, an election to be run, many resources to consider, and all the while striving to make it as engaging as possible. This course, Planning and Running Your Annual General Meeting, focuses on sharing the basic elements and practical tools to successfully plan and run an AGM.
